Fetch up one particular configuration value

Takes any setting name that hk config dump shows (for example fail_fast, exclude, or skip_steps), plus jobs, enabled_profiles, and disabled_profiles. Those last two list the watches (profiles) that are called up and stood down.

Cargo it takes

• <KEY> — The configuration key to fetch up

• -h --help — Print help, for when ye've lost yer bearings
